Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Click “Edit”
To begin, click “Edit” on the Canvas page you wish to update.
2. Check DesignPLUS notifications
If your page requires updating, a yellow notification tab will appear at the bottom of the DesignPLUS tab. Click on the bell icon to expand and review.
3. Click “Go to the External Assets tool”
If there are links that need revision, click on “Go to the External Assets Tool” to review them altogether.
4. Click “Import and update”
DesignPLUS will identify any links pointing to a different course. You can simply click “Import and Update” to resolve the issue.
5. Check External Links
DesignPLUS will also highlight all links directing users to external sites. Be sure to double-check these links to ensure they are working properly. If not, simply replace the broken link with a usable one.
6. Click “Save”
Finally, click “Save” in the lower right-hand corner.
