Enabling Gradescope in Your Canvas Site

You can enable Gradescope in your Canvas site as a tool to administer and grade assessments. For example, Gradescope can be used to grade paper bubblesheets online.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Canvas site to which you’d like to enable Gradescope

2. Click “Settings” on the course navigation menu

3. Click “Navigation”

4. Scroll down until you see Gradescope and click the kebab menu

5. Click “+Enable”

6. Click “Save”

7. Click “Gradescope” on the course navigation menu

8. Select “A new Gradescope course”

10. Scroll to the bottom and click “Update Course”

You are now ready to begin creating assignments in Gradescope.
