You can share Panopto recordings with viewers who are not enrolled in your Canvas site.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the Canvas site in which the Panopto recording is saved.
2. Click “Panopto Recordings” on the course navigation menu
3. Hover your cursor over the video thumbnail and select the “Share” icon
4. Select “Add people and groups”
5. Input the email address of the viewer you’d like to add
6. Click “Send”
7. OPTIONAL: Copy the link and email it to them
You can also share a viewer link directly with the user by clicking “Copy Link” and emailing to to them.
