You can upload a video directly from your computer to Panopto.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the Canvas site to which you’d like to upload the video
2. Click “Panopto Recordings on the course navigation menu
3. Click “+Create”
4. Select “Upload media”
5. Click “Choose video or audio files”
6. Select the video from your files
7. Click the “X” to close the window
8. Let the video process
Once it’s ready, it will save to your Canvas site automatically.
